2026 Food Truck Registration

Vendors are by invitation only.  If you would like to be considered for a space, please email info@theabbeyfest.com.

Thank you so much for your interest in our Food Village.  If you would like to receive information about becoming a Food Vendor, please email info@theabbeyfest.com and we will reply to your request.
  • Notify Nancy Robertone if you will need the use or a 10” x 10” tent and if you will need any tables.
  • Food Truck set up time: We will notify you by email once all details are finalized.
  • Temporary Food License is required by New Britain Township/Bucks County.
  • Certificate of Insurance is required.

LOCATION: The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion, submission of application, and licenses/permits are due by July 31, 2026. Applicants will be notified via email of their confirmed participation status, once all requirements are met.

Set Up: Once details are finalized, you will be notified by email. All trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Trucks must be self-contained and all packing materials kept out of sight.

Utilities: Trucks must be self-sufficient; electricity and water are not supplied. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event.

*All food trucks must be registered and in compliance with New Britain/Bucks County Health Department. The Health Inspector DOES visit each truck during our event, so you are advised to know what is required to be in compliance.  We encourage you to complete this checklist at least ONE MONTH prior to our event.
