We have plenty of parking on the grounds of Daylesford Abbey as well as an adjacent lot. The walk to the festival grounds is short and for those who may need assistance, we have plenty of golf carts driven by our happy volunteers.
While we love our pets, we do not allow pets to participate in the days events.
We are allowing soft, small coolers onto the grounds but are not allowing hard, large, rolling coolers. We have plenty of food vendors on site that day and we have free water available to all attendees. Alcohol is prohibited.
The only tents PERMITTED on site are reserved for vendors. Due to space restrictions and visibility on the field, we cannot allow tents or umbrellas to be set up. TREES ON THE GROUNDS OFFER PLENTY OF NATURAL SHADE.
Yes! Feel free to bring items to play on the fields. We will encourage any game playing (football, soccer, Frisbee, corn hole, etc.) to be played in the designated playing fields and not directly on the viewing field in front of the stage.
Yes. We will have various activities available for children throughout the day. We will not be hosting ‘bounce house’ style amusements for the children due to injury concerns.
Your email confirmation is your admission pass to the event. TICKETING TABLES ARE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE.
Simply show us your e-confirmation or printed ticket to receive your wristband for entrance. Others in your party who arrive at a later time may pick up wristbands at the will call table.
Yes. Tickets are available at the door, however are priced higher and may not be available if we have met our occupancy limit. Payment may be made with cash, credit card or check.
Gates CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 7:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 6:45 pm to park, visit ticketing, pass through security and make it to the show field.
