Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS, CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR CONCERT DATE AND SHOW TIME. Shows are rain or shine. AbbeyFest Ministries will not exchange tickets and will only refund tickets in the event that a show is cancelled. Individuals who attempt to circumvent this “no refund” policy by disputing or otherwise seeking a “chargeback” from the credit card company used to purchase tickets may be prohibited from purchasing tickets to future AbbeyFest Ministries concerts and will be charged the bank rate charge back penalty fee of $35. AbbeyFest Ministries is not responsible for tickets purchased from a third-party ticket vendor and will not issue refunds for tickets purchased through third parties. AbbeyFest Ministries is not responsible for and/or will not replace any ticket that is lost, damaged, or destroyed. If AbbeyFest Ministries cancels a concert, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Cancelled and Postponed Concerts

AbbeyFest Ministries reserves the right to cancel concerts for any reason. If a concert is cancelled, and you purchased your ticket through AbbeyFest Ministries, a refund will be issued to the purchaser as described above. AbbeyFest Ministries only liability for a cancelled concert shall be to refund the ticket purchase price.

Opening acts, co-headliners or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. AbbeyFest Ministries is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act or a co-headliner is changed or cancelled.

AbbeyFest Ministries reserves the right to change the location of a concert and to reschedule the date of a concert. Changes to the location or date of the concert do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend a rescheduled concert. Please make sure to include/provide your order number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.

Natural Disaster

In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.

Privacy Policy

In the process of using our site, purchasing tickets, making donations or pre ordering apparel, we collect your personal information including, but not limited to: name, address, email, phone, and parish or house of worship. We do not share your personal information with third parties. We do not hold your credit card information on our files or systems.

Limitation of Liability:

AbbeyFest Ministries uses reasonable care to assure your safety and security during the concerts. However, AbbeyFest Ministries cannot control all of the risks that may be associated with these concerts including risk of inclement weather, criminal activity, and inappropriate actions of concert patrons. AbbeyFest Ministries assumes no responsibility for risks that are beyond its control, including the actions of third parties. By participating in AbbeyFest Ministries concerts, you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the concert for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the concert.

Ejection and Cancellation

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the AbbeyFest Ministries Concert. Concert participants must conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and must refrain from conduct and language that would be offensive and/or disruptive to performers or other concert participants. AbbeyFest Ministries reserve the right to refuse admission to, or to eject, any person who fails to comply with AbbeyFest Ministries rules. If AbbeyFest Ministries terminates your license for reasons that are not your fault, you will receive a refund of face value of your ticket. If your license is terminated as a result of your improper conduct, you will not receive any refund. No alcohol is permitted on site.

AbbeyFest Account Deletion

We take your privacy seriously. If you’d like to delete your AbbeyFest 2026 app account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete from inside the app – The fastest way: open your AbbeyFest app, tap your profile icon (top right of the Discover screen), scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete My Account,” confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email – If you can no longer access the app or prefer to request deletion in writing, email info@theabbeyfest.com with subject line ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST and include the email address associated with your AbbeyFest account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data is deleted: When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your email address, name, phone number, and any profile information
  • Your onboarding questionnaire responses (parish, county, interests)
  • Your push notification tken
  • Your AI Support chat history
  • Any password reset codes

What we do NOT keep:

  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not share your date with anyone outside AbbeyFest Ministries
