- Notify Nancy Robertone if you will need the use or a 10” x 10” tent and if you will need any tables.
- Food vendor set up time: We will notify you by email once all details are finalized.
- Temporary Food License is required by New Britain Township/Bucks County.
- Certificate of Insurance is required.

Terms and Conditions:
Application: Completion, submission of application, payment of fees, and licenses/permits are due by July 31, 2025. Applicants will be notified via email of their confirmed participation status, once all requirements are met.
Set Up: Once details are finalized, you will be notified by email. All trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Trucks must be self-contained and all packing materials kept out of sight.
Utilities: Trucks must be self-sufficient; electricity and water will not be supplied. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.
Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event and no refunds.
*All food vendors must be compliant and registered with New Britain/Bucks County Health Department. We encourage you to complete this process at least a month before the event.
