Food Vendors  |  $200 Fee for Savory, $100 Fee for Sweet

Deadline for submission is 8/31/22.   A $2.00 processing fee is required for each order.

 

2022 Food Vendor Registration

  • Notify Nancy Robertone if you will need the use or a 10” x 10” tent and if you will need any tables.
  • Food vendor set up time is 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM; break down can begin after 7:00 PM.
  • Temporary Food License is required by Chester County.
  • Certificate of Insurance is required.

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion and submission of application, as well as fees are due by August 31, 2021. Applicants will be notified via email of participation status.

Set Up: Trucks will be allowed to begin on-site set-up at 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. All trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Trucks must be self-contained and all packing materials kept out of sight.

Utilities: Trucks must be self-sufficient; electricity and water will not be supplied. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event. If weather prevents us from hosting what is deemed a “safe event”, you will receive a refund of 75% of your fee.

*All food vendors must be compliant and registered with Chester County Health Department. We encourage you to complete this process at least a month before the event.
