2026 Food Truck Registration

You are invited to apply and each vendor is reviewed for participation acceptance.  Please complete the Food Truck Registration Form and once reviewed, you will be contacted regarding your participation status.  All questions can be sent to info@theabbeyfest.com.

Thank you so much for your interest in our Food Village.  If you would like to receive information about becoming a Food Vendor, please email info@theabbeyfest.com and we will reply to your request.
  • AbbeyFest will supply you with a 10” x 10” tent and an 8ft. table if needed.
  • Temporary Food License is required by New Britain Township/Bucks County at a cost of $350.
  • A valid Certificate of Insurance is required.
  • Food Truck arrival and set up time will be determined closer to the event date and you will be notified.

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion, submission of application, and licenses/permits are due by July 31, 2026. Applicants will be notified via email of their confirmed participation status, once all requirements are met.

Set Up: Once details are finalized, you will be notified by email. All trucks must have a fire extinguisher. Trucks must be self-contained and all packing materials kept out of sight.

Utilities: Trucks must be self-sufficient; electricity and water are not supplied. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event.

*All food trucks must be registered and in compliance with New Britain/Bucks County Health Department. The Health Inspector DOES visit each truck during our event, so you are advised to know what is required to be in compliance.  We encourage you to complete this checklist at least ONE MONTH prior to our event.
