2026 Information Vendor Registration

AbbeyFest Ministries is a Catholic non profit 501(c)(3) run by an all volunteer board. All proceeds from ticket sales, sponsorships and donations are reinvested into AbbeyFest to support the ongoing festivals, youth outreach, and AbbeyFest emerging artist support. The AbbeyFest experience is designed to celebrate our Christian faith through music and the family.

LOCATION:  The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA  18901

  • AbbeyFest Ministries will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
  • No electricity, water, or wifi access is available
  • Your registration fee includes 2 general admission tickets
  • 2 additional general admission tickets may be purchased for $40 each
  • Upon your acceptance, all information regarding ticketing, set up, space location, etc. will be emailed to you

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion and submission of your registration must include your payment.  A $2 processing fee is included with all credit card payment.  Applicants will be notified via email of participation status. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance into festival. Upon receipt of your registration and verification you will receive an email notifying you of your status.

Set Up: Once details are finalized, vendors will be notified of specifics by email.

Utilities: Electricity, WiFi access, and access to water for your space is not available.  Adequate lighting is supplied in the evening hours.  An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Vendor Parking:  Specific parking, which is located close to the vendor area, is available and you will be directed upon your arrival.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event and no refunds.
