2024 Information Vendor Registration

Information Vendors  |  $150 Fee

  • AbbeyFest Ministries will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
  • No electricity or water is available to these spaces
  • Your fee includes 2 entry tickets with each registration
  • 2 additional entry tickets may be purchased for $35 each and must be purchased at the time of registration to receive this discounted price

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion and submission of your application is due by August 31. Applicants will be notified via email of participation status. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance into festival. Upon receipt of your registration and verification you will receive an email notifying you of your status.

Set Up: Vendors will be permitted to begin on-site set-up at 9:30am.  Access to the driveway with your vehicle will not be permitted after 10:30am.

Utilities: Electricity and Water are not available.  We will do our best to provide adequate lighting in the evening hours.  An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event.
