  • AbbeyFest Ministries will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
  • Includes 2 volunteer tickets with registration
  • 2 additional volunteer tickets may be purchased for $35 each ONLY at the time of registration

Terms and Conditions:

Application: Completion and submission of application is due by August 31. Applicants will be notified via email of participation status. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance as an AbbeyFest vendor. Once your application is processed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email from our Vendor Coordinator.

Set Up: Vendors will be permitted to begin on-site set-up at 9:30am.  No vehicles will be permitted on the driveway access located in front of the vendor booths after 10:30am.  The gates open at Noon for ticket holders.

Utilities: Electricity and Water is NOT available.  We will do our best to supply sufficient lighting into the evening hours.  An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.

Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event.
