- AbbeyFest Ministries will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
- Includes 2 volunteer tickets with registration
- 2 additional volunteer tickets may be purchased for $40 each and this discounted rate is ONLY available at the time of registration
- A $2 processing fee is applied to all credit card purchases

Terms and Conditions:
Application: Payment must accompany the submission of applications. Applicants will be notified via email of participation status. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance as an AbbeyFest vendor. Once your application is processed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email from our Vendor Coordinator, Nicky Verna.
Processing Fee: All credit card payments will include a $2 processing fee.
Set Up: Once all details are finalized, you will be notified by email.
Utilities: Electricity, WiFi access, and water for use in your space is NOT available. Sufficient lighting will be provided in the evening hours. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.
Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event and there are no refunds.
