2026 Selling Vendor Registration
AbbeyFest Ministries is a Catholic non profit 501(c)(3) run by an all volunteer board. All proceeds from ticket sales, sponsorships and donations are reinvested into AbbeyFest to support the ongoing festivals, youth outreach, and AbbeyFest emerging artist support. The AbbeyFest experience is designed to celebrate our Christian faith through music and the family.
Vendors Selling Goods | $275 Fee
LOCATION: The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901
- AbbeyFest Ministries will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
- The registration fee includes 2 general admission tickets
- 2 additional general admission tickets may be purchased for $40 each
- A $2 processing fee is applied to all credit card purchases
- Upon acceptance, you will receive all information regarding tickets, space location, set up, etc. by email.

Terms and Conditions:
Application: Payment must accompany the submission of applications. Applicants will be notified via email of participation status. Please note that submission of your application does not guarantee acceptance as an AbbeyFest vendor. Once your application is processed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email from our Vendor Coordinator, Nicky Verna.
Processing Fee: All credit card payments will include a $2 processing fee.
Set Up: Once all details are finalized, you will be notified by email.
Utilities: Electricity, WiFi access, and water for use in your space is NOT available. Sufficient lighting will be provided in the evening hours. An ample amount of trash receptacles will be present.
Inclement Weather: There is no rain date for this event and there are no refunds.
