Thank you so much for your interest in our Food Village.   Please email us with your interest to participate –  info@theabbeyfest.com.

• Notify Nancy Robertone if you need the use or a 10” x 10” tent and if you need any tables.
• Temporary Food License is required by Chester County.
• Certificate of Insurance is required.
• Set up time is 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and break down can begin after 7:00 PM.

Vendors Selling Goods
$250 Fee

• AbbeyFest will supply a 10X10 foot tent, an 8 foot table and 2 chairs
• Includes 2 entry tickets with registration
• 2 additional entry tickets may be purchased for $35 each.  This discount is only available if purchased at the time of registration
• Set up time is 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and break down is at your discretion, but not during the celebration of the Mass.
• Please note:  NO vendor set up until 9:30AM
